The Miss Altamont Fair Pageant kicks off the Altamont Fair on Tuesday morning inside the Village and Carriage Museum with 29 competitors in seven different age groups. The contestants displayed their talents, answered questions, and modeled formal wear for three judges.

Crowning: Celina Davis, 17, of New Scotland, left, is crowned Miss Altamont Fair by last year’s winner, Lexie Paddon, now the 2019 Ms. Altamont Fair. The deadline for the titular honor was extended, and three young women entered: Alora Paddon is first runner-up, followed by Hunter Davis. Michelle Kraft is Paddon’s first alternate in the 19-and-older unmarried Ms. division.

Loving football: Alyssa Caitlin Haley, 29, of Schenectady, won the Mrs. division for married adult women, with Nikki McGinnis-Gleason the first alternate and Tara Hulett the second alternate.

Cheering on: Dakota Stott,16, from Guilderland won the Junior Miss division, for ages 14 to 16, with Cassandra Rhatigan as the first alternate and Emmalynn DonVito and Riley Messier as the second alternates.

Little Cowgirl: Vienna Rose Paludi, 6, from Rotterdam won the Little Miss division, for girls ages 5 to 7, with Sabrina Bogusky as first alternate and Nicole Hudson as second alternate.
