Practice makes perfect: These golfers wearing colorful garb hit the putting green before they teed off during the Guilderland Letterman Classic. The annual fundraiser was cut short by rain; some golfers were able to finish six to seven holes.

Group winners — Mixed: Joe McCullen, Colin Gallup, Lori Rafferty, and Krista Gallup, -6; Women: Joanne Passineau, Sharon Barcomb, Susan Polino, and Mary Scatena, -3; Low Gross: Dan Abbruzzese, Bob McNamara, Jeff Schuhl, and Mike Hamlin, -4; Low Net: Dan Dagostino, Phil Mazzotti, Peter Hickey, Mike White, -8.
