The young Voorheesville Girls volleyball team had their home opener and first game in Fall Sports 2 on March 19. Volleyball is categorized as a “high-risk” sport, but the team was finally able to play. With one senior on the team, Voorheesville hosted the Cohoes Tigers where the Birds won 3 sets to 1; 25-9, 18-25, 25-11, 25-18.
