Photos: Plainsmen Sink Guilderville

The Guilderville boys looked to show their swimming abilities against Shenendehowa High School on Friday afternoon in hopes of qualifying for states. The team is made up of athletes from Guilderland and Voorheesville and competed at home, in the Voorheesville pool. Guilderville fell to the Plainsmen, 104 to 74.

Big breath: An Nguyen was Guilderville’s big winner; he swims the breaststroke portion in the 200-yard individual medley, middle right, winning the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:09.20. He also finished second in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:00.93.
