Photos: Dogs Dominate

The Berne-Knox-Westerlo girls’ basketball team is back to full strength and winning ways. Taylor Meacham, who just returned after recovering from another anterior-cruciate-ligament tear, has helped the team dominate against its opponents with the help of Alexis Wright. BKW hosted its annual holiday basketball tournament on Thursday and Friday, Dec. 27 and 28. In Thursday’s game, pictured here, the Bulldogs played Cairo-Durham and, supported by tough defense, won, 67 to 26. The Bulldogs went on to play Duanesburg in the finals on Friday and won again, 53 to 46.
