Creaking and groaning, the historic Hilton Barn was lowered using piston jacks. The barn had been slated for demolition to make way for a housing development but was saved by the town, with support by the state, the Mohawk Hudson Land Conservancy, and the Voorheesville Community and School Foundation, with a move across the street.
