Runners trudged through the cross-country course at Tawasentha Park last Saturday during the Guilderland Invitational, which featured eight different races. Junior Lukus Becker was the first Berne-Knox-Westerlo contestant to finish the varsity boys’ small-school race, posting a time of 16:48 for 20th place. Maple Hill’s Jordan Healy won the race, and the BKW team was last out of nine teams.
