Monkey on his back: Berne-Knox-Westerlo’s Justin Sprung is caught under the grasp of Cairo-Durham’s Liam Gleason during the 160-pound first-round match of the Bulldog Invitational wrestling tournament in Berne last Saturday. Gleason pinned Sprung in 2:30 as Sprung went on to finish in fifth place by pinning Michael Rieken of Amsterdam. Cody Fisher, at 138 pounds, and Rob Hass, at 152 pounds, were champions of their classes.
