Revamping bikes: Mike Rozdolski of Electric City Bike Rescue, located in Schenectady on Broadway, fixes up used bikes to help people who can’t afford new bikes. The Electric City Bike Rescue is open on Thursday’s from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Capital City Rescue Mission was also at Saturday’s Recycling Extravaganza, collecting rags, and Grassroots Givers was there for small household goods.
