Now passable, the Grant Hill Road bridge over the Normanskill Creek was replaced in a $1.9 million project, mostly funded from federal sources, county Executive Daniel McCoy said; 15 percent was funded by the state, and 5 percent by the county. The bridge construction was done by Bette & Cring.
