Popping up to states: Eagles’ Simba Jenga comes up from under as he swims the second lap of the 100-yard breaststroke. Jenga finished 7th on Friday with a time of 1:01.81 then finished 6th with a NYS qualifying time of 1:01.18 and qualified for states.
