Coming down quick: Guilderland’s Arianna Mills easily flies over the hurdle as she competes in the semifinals of the 55-meter hurdles. Mills finished 6th with a time of 9.59 seconds then finished 3rd overall in the finals with a time of 9.08 seconds.
