The Enterprise –– Michael Koff

Daunting task: On Earth Day, rocks as big as a fist are plucked from farmland on Ketcham Road in Knox, part of 14 acres to be planted this spring to feed the hungry. The Patroon Land Foundation welcomes Community Supported Agriculture partners. CSA members help grow food to feed the hungry while also getting their own share of the farm’s bounty. Full shares cost $420 and half shares cost $260; members are encouraged to visit and volunteer at the farm.
