Greetings from a neighbor: Pam Fialkoff chats with Harold Greene on Wednesday as his son, Jon Greene, looks on. It was the sixth anniversary of the death of Jon’s brother and Harold’s son — Major General Harold J. Greene. The neighborhood honors him every year on Aug. 5.
