In the midst of a bitter-cold snow squall, Claire Ansbro-Ingalls of Kenneth's Army tells the 15 or so people that had gathered for a vigil — holding glow sticks instead of candles in the wind — “We cannot forget what happened in this quiet little town.” The group’s new motto, she said, is: Not one more child, Next to Ansbro-Ingalls is Dawn Gibson; both are original members of Kennth's Army. Those at the vigil sang “Silent Night,” and an East Berne fire truck sounded its horn five times.
