The Delmar Community Orchestra, under the direction of Conductor Michael Blostein, will present a Holiday Concert on Monday, Dec. 11 at 7:30 pm at the Bethlehem Town Hall (445 Delaware Ave., Delmar).  The concert is free and open to the public.  The program will include will include selections from Vivaldi, Sibelius, and Telemann as well as pops and holiday favorites. "In Praise of Christmas” Songs & Carols of Christmas & Mid-Winter Celebrations with John Roberts, Lisa Preston & John Kirk. The Albany Gay Men's Chorus will present our Christmas concert "Believe" on Saturday, Dec. 9 at the First Congregational Church, 405 Quail Street Albany, NY (off New Scotland Ave) at 4:00 pm.  Tickets are $12 for Adults, $9 for Students, and Free for Children under 12.

The Thursday Musical Club, a women's chorus directed by Julie Panke and accompanied by Elinore Farnum, will present a Christmas Concert on Saturday, December 2 at 3:00 pm at Eastern Parkway United Methodist Church, 943 Palmer Ave. Schenectady. Our scholarship recipients will be guest artists. The program will include arrangements of traditional carols, an African-American spiritual medley, and popular holiday favorites. Olivia Cox will provide cello accompaniment. Tickets are $15 and $12 for students/seniors and available from members or at the door.
