St. Patrick’s Day Corned Beef Dinner. A dinner to benefit the Special Olympics of the Capital District on Sunday, March 17, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Our Lady of the Valley Parish Hall, Middleburgh Suggested donation $10. Take-outs available.

Food donations needed. The GHS PTSA runs the concession table at the Spring Musical on March 14-16 7 pm, and 3 pm on March 17. We need food and water donations or anything that can be easily sold. Donations can be dropped off starting Thursday March 14 at the school main office.

“The Darkening Age — The Christian Destruction of the Classical Age”: A book by Catherine Nixey will be reviewed by Dr. Hans-Friedrich Mueller, professor of Ancient and Modern Literature at Union College.
