Albany County Sheriff’s Office Toy Drive. This year’s program will provide services to 100 families with nearly 200 children. You have an opportunity to participate in supporting this program by attending  the toy drive. First United Methodist Church of Voorheesville’s Annual Mission Bazaar. White Elephant Sale, crafts, books, gifts, and food. All proceeds go to the United Methodist Women's Missions Outreach. From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 68 Maple Ave., Voorheesville.

Never Forget Our Veterans. The program will acknowledge and honor our veterans, remembering and thanking them for their service.  Please bring a dessert to share for the reception that follows. Boyd Hilton VFW Auxiliary Chicken N Biscuit Dinner fundaiser. The menu includes chicken n biscuits, veggies, cranberries, mashed potatoes, gravy, variety of desserts, coffees and tea. The donation is $12.00 per dinner. We will serve from 4 to 7 p.m. eat in or take out at the VFW on 11 Mill St, Altamont.
