Helderberg Senior News for Thursday, August 1, 2013

The menu being served by the Helderberg Senior Services at the Hiawatha Grange at 94 Silver Creek Road in Westerlo next week is:

Monday: Oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, cornbread, and strawberries over angel food cake;

Tuesday: Meatloaf with gravy, roasted Rosemary potatoes, broccoli, bread, and Mandarin oranges;

Wednesday: Hot turkey sandwich, cranberry sauce, sweet potato, peas, cranberry juice, bread, and fruit cocktail;

Thursday: Baked ham, au gratin potatoes, Brussels sprouts, roll, and pineapple; and

Friday: Pot roast with noodles, parsley carrots, red cabbage bread, and apple crisp.
