Art on the Rail Trail (ART) Announces Second Annual Chalk the Walk Event. The event will begin with a family-friendly chalk art contest on the Rail Trail. Event is from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Albany County Helderberg-Hudson Rail Trail, beginning at the pocket park near Stewart’s at 309 Delaware Avenue.
