NEW SCOTLAND — After going off the road in a red 2009 Mini Cooper, Gregory A. Sanderson, 21, assaulted an Albany County Sheriff’s deputy and was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated and second-degree assault, according to a release from the sheriff’s office.
