On Tuesday, May 2, the BKW baseball team traveled to Cohoes to play Doane Stuart at the North Colonie Youth Baseball Complex. In the first three innings the teams were even, but the Bulldogs’ bats woke up in the late innings and won, 16 to 4.
On Friday, April 28, the Guilderland girls’ lacrosse team held their senior night on the turf field at Guilderland High School as they hosted Albany. The Dutch sailed to an easy victory over the Falcons, 16 to 2.
Last Wednesday, April 26, the Guilderland Baseball team hosted Albany at Dutchmen Park. Guilderland’s head coach Doug LaValley looked to become the all-time winningest coach, surpassing Fred Field, with his 251st win.
