ALBANY COUNTY — Altogether 25 drunk-driving arrests were made by Albany County police agencies participating in the 76th countywide DWI Patrol, which ran from 10 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29, to 5 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 1.
