BERNE — An after-school program started last year at Berne-Knox-Westerlo has put down roots and is blossoming.

Sex-offender still has to register



GUILDERLAND — Whether they live under a bridge or on a park bench, homeless sex offenders still have to register with the state, according to the Division of Criminal Justice Services.

VOORHEESVILLE – Timothy Blow says it’s time to be a part of the school’s decision-making process, instead of just complaining about it.
"I’ve always been on the outside, interested," Blow said. He is unhappy with some of the decisions that have been made in recent years, he said.




VOORHEESVILLE – says, "The school board is there for the school, and to be a voice for the taxpayer." It is not a conduit for any personal goals, he said, adding that votes and actions should be done impartially for the district.
