New York Army National Guard promotes

The New York Army National Guard has announced these soldier promotions:

— Amir Graham from Schenectady, serving with the Company C, 2-108th Infantry, is promoted to the rank of Private; and

— Thomas Pugliese from Schenectady, serving with the Intelligence and Sustainment Company, 42nd Infantry Division, is promoted to the rank of Sergeant Major.

Army National Guard promotions are based on overall performance, attitude, leadership ability, and development potential.
