Wally Jones concert will benefit hurricane victims

To the Editor:

Wally Jones, who grew up in Gallupville, has a heart for helping.

He and a number of his musical friends, including Peggy Hart with her accordion; Robin Van Arsdale and Heather Kistner with their guitars; and John Gallagher with his bagpipes, will be performing in a concert to benefit the victims of the floods brought on by hurricanes Helene and Milton.

All donations will be sent to Samaritan’s Purse to support their work in these devastated  areas.

Wally is producing and directing the concert which will be held on Saturday, Nov. 16, at 2 p.m. at the Westerlo Reformed Church located at 564 State Route 143 in Westerlo.

The concert will be followed by a potluck supper in the church hall. Please bring a dish to share, and join us for a time of fellowship and thanksgiving after enjoying the concert!
