Public Hearing Special Use Permit Application #639
Special Use Permit #639: Application submitted by New Scotland III PV, LLC to request a special use permit to allow for a 4.55 mw large scale solar facility to be sited on 18.96 acres of the 50.61-acre parcel. The parcel is owned by Timothy and Maryann Murray, located in the RA zoning district on New Scotland Road, and is identified as New Scotland Tax Parcel #83.00-3-1.1. Large scale solar facilities are permitted as a special use per Article V, Section 190-58 of the Town of New Scotland’s Zoning Law.
