The bond resolution, a summary of which is published herewith, has been adopted on October 19, 2021, and the validity of the obligations authorized by such bond resolution may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the GUILDERLAND CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, in the County of Albany, New York, is not authorized to expend money or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this Notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the publication of this Notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the constitution.

BOND RESOLUTION OF THE GUILDERLAND CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, NEW YORK, ADOPTED OCTOBER 19, 2021, AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND ALTERATIONS TO ALL DISTRICT SCHOOL BUILDINGS AND/OR THE SITES THEREOF; STATING THE ESTIMATED TOTAL COST THEREOF IS $21,763,469; APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT THEREFOR; AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $21,763,469 SERIAL BONDS OF SAID DISTRICT TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION

THE 2022 PRELIMINARY BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Preliminary Budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2022, has been completed and filed on the Office of the Town Clerk at the Town Hall, 5209 Western Turnpike, Guilderland, NY where it is available for inspection by any interested person during regular business hours.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Guilderland will meet and review said 2022Preliminary Budget and hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom for public comment regarding the 2022 Preliminary Budget at 6:00 pm on the 4th day of November, 2021, and that at such hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against any item or items therein contained.
