NOTICE TO BIDDERS - EQUIPMENT WASHER 
Sealed bids for the purchase by the Fort Hunter Fire District of a Firematic Equipment Washer will be received at the Fort Hunter Fire House, 3525 Carman Road, Schenectady, NY 12303, until 7:00 PM November 2022, at which time the bids for the washer will be publicly read aloud. 
Specifications for the equipment washer may be obtained by interested suppliers free of charge at 3525 Carman Road, Schenectady, N.Y. 12303 or electronically at  
Unless otherwise noted the bid specifications and instructions to bidders will be provided electronically, 
The Fort Hunter Hire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the best bid suited for its specific needs. 
Bids will be binding for 45 days subsequent to bid opening.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Berne, County of Albany and State of New York for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2023 has been completed and filed in the office of the Berne Town Clerk at the Berne Town Hall where it is available for inspection by all interested persons during regular office hours.
