You can help the Bethlehem Grange

To the Editor:

Bethlehem Grange 137 is feverishly working to make enough money to continue our many projects in the community, which benefit the seniors, young children, teens, families, and of course all adults.

We also need to continue with the ongoing maintenance and updates that are needed for our building, which is on the National Register of Historic Sites. In addition to our dinners, held four times a year, and our sales, we are always looking for more ways to help the community and to produce the funds that are so badly needed, to accomplish our goals.

Friends Helping Friends is another way to help each member of our communities and also help our local Bethlehem Grange.

Bethlehem Grange 137 is partnering with Boscov’s Friends Helping Friends Program.  For $5 you can purchase your discount for 25 percent off most items at Boscov’s, while shopping on one day only, Tuesday, Oct. 17, from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., at any Boscov’s store.

Start your holiday shopping early, buy yourself some new clothes, purchase that new furniture you’ve been wanting, or just purchase shopping passes and send them to friends and family as a thoughtful gift, and they can buy what they want.

For only $5, you can help yourself, save 25 percent off your purchases all day, and also help the Bethlehem Grange, by the Grange getting the $5.  For more information, or to buy your shopping pass, contact any Bethlehem Grange member or call me at (518) 438-8862 or Vernon Starr (518) 567-4294.
