NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tentative Budget of the Town of New Scotland, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2023 has been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Slingerlands, NY, 12159, where it is available for inspection after October 4, 2022 between 8:30 A.M.-4:00 P.M. Monday-Friday. 
The Tentative Budget will be presented to the Town Board at a Special Meeting on October 3rd, 2022 at 4:00 PM at the New Scotland Town Hall, 2029 New Scotland Road, Slingerlands, NY.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Rensselaerville will hold a Public Hearing on October 6, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY on a proposed Minor Subdivision for Joanne DeFayette, 389 CR 361, Rensselaerville, NY (Tax Map 137.-1-20). The applicant is proposing to subdivide an 80 acre lot into one 5-acre lot and one 75-acre lot.
All those interested in this proposal will be provided with the full opportunity to be heard on the date of the Public Hearing. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
