To the Editor:

I would like to thank the town of Guilderland for its patience and diligence in reviewing the Costco project and residential development on Western Avenue near Crossgates. It has been nice to see new development in this town recently, especially at a time like this.

Having this happen here in Guilderland is a real positive that I think many are looking for these days, especially when it comes to a retailer this area has hoped would come for years.

As always, development can be challenging but when it’s a good project that will benefit the residents and the town for decades to come, it’s a no-brainer in my eyes. I’m ready to see it come to life.
