The Incredible Heldercon is back

To the Editor:
Come join us on Saturday, Sept. 17, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for our fifth Incredible Heldercon at the Berne town park.

We’ll have fun-filled activities for the whole family that challenge your imagination and creativity.

Sign up for a baseball game, Heroes vs. Villains!

Stop by the Gaming Truck.

Meet John Hebert and watch his demonstration of graphic-novel characters.

The sheriff’s canine unit and other civic organizations will be there too.

There will be vendors, crafts, a costume contest, face-painting, a scavenger hunt, balloon-sculpting, and more.

If you get hungry, visit Scarpa’s food truck or the snack shack for a yummy hot dog.

There will also be door prizes, raffle baskets, and more.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Friends of the Berne Library as well as Vogel’s Disposal, McDermott’s Automotive, Benji and Rachel Furman, and the Heldercon Girls and Guys for supporting us.

A special thanks to our dedicated volunteers.

For more information, contact The Incredible Heldercon on Facebook.
