Listen: Emily Vincent, raising lamb, from California to New York

The Enterprise — Michael Koff Emily Vincent gives her testimony in November on how wild poisonous parsnip has harmed her livestock and her husband at her sheep farm in Berne. Her sheep farm is the first of its kind to be labeled “New York State Grown & Certified,” meaning her lambs are born in the state, she follows a state food safety program, and participates in an environmental management program.
