The New York Capital District Christian Women’s Connection is sponsoring an “Welcome Fall” luncheon on Tuesday, Sept. 12, at the Guilderland Elks Lodge at 3867 Carman Road beginning at 11:30 a.m. and ending at approximately 1:30 p.m. Please be prompt.

Your reservation is necessary no later than Sept. 6 and you must let us know if you cancel. Please call Nancy at 518-320-2649 or Mae at 518-895-8977 for reservations by Sept. 6. On the menu this month is chicken parm ziti with lemon pie with an alternative choice of grilled chicken salad. The cost is $17 inclusive (cash only).

Our speaker is Cherie Lasher from Wells, New York who will share her love of Jesus. As for the feature, Kristy Grassucci-Powers, a soap artist, will discuss her business, Soaps by Kristy, located in Scotia. She will have homemade products made from natural sources for sale. Cynthia Weaver from Delanson will sing for us.
