To the Editor:

I am a woman who is 84 years old. I have been a patient of Dr. Hedy Migden since she opened her practice in Altamont.

She has saved my life twice when I was hospitalized for seven weeks in St. Peter’s. Dr. Migden is one of the best doctors in the Capital District.

She gives great advice in the office and the same for home. She has a great bedside manner also. She came to see me every day when I was hospitalized.

Dr. Migden even calls her patients at home to check on them. She has a great personal relationship with all her steady patients. She can correctly diagnose any ailment I had within one visit to her office. She started treatment right away.

St. Peter’s has done a great injustice to the people of Altamont, Guilderland, and the Hilltowns by letting her go.

We miss her, I hope she will be my doctor again and soon. We love you Dr. Migden.
