To the Editor:

Dr. Hedy Midgen has been my doctor since she opened her practice in Altamont. My family and I loved her. We knew she cared about us.

As a lawyer’s widow, I would like to suggest that Dr. Midgen sue St. Peter’s Health Partners for breach of contract, payment for the full extent of her contract, plus extra for all the grief and suffering it has inflicted on her and her many patients.

The only legitimate reason for firing a doctor would be her doing a  poor job. I know there are hundreds of patients who would testify that Dr. Midgen was and is one of the best.

Personally I have written to St. Peter’s that I would never use its facilities or recommend its doctors because it has shown such utter disregard for Dr. Migden’s patients health and care. I don’t trust them.

Dr. Migden, sue them for us!
