FEURA BUSH — A two-story frame house in Feura Bush went up in flames on Monday morning.

The two adult residents are safe, according to the Northeastern New York Chapter of the American Red Cross.

The home that burned, at 53 Lawson Lake Road, is owned by Douglas and Debra Mark and has a full-market value of $229,630, according to Albany County assessment rolls.

The fire started around 4 a.m., according to Mary Alice Molgard, who volunteers as a public affairs specialist for the Red Cross.
