MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. — Nasser Navidar — avid mathematician, naturalist, film-lover, and exercise-enthusiast — died while visiting with his children in Guilderland on Sunday, July 3, 2022. He was 76 years old.

He was born in Khorramshahr, Iran and made a full life as a lecturer of mathematics at Georgia College. Friends and family around the world mourn his loss.

He is survived by his children, Nahal and Kousha, and grandson, Nima.

A memorial will be held on July 30, at 11 a.m. at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home at 5216 Western Ave.
