PUBLIC HEARING/ LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Town of Westerlo Planning/ Zoning Board will be holding four (4) Public Hearings on June 23, 2025 at 7 Pm at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building located at 933 CR 401 in Westerlo.  The first (1) Public Hearing is for Dolce Realty Corp/ Town Line Motor Sport V-25-4 two variances.  Applicant is seeking relief of additional 4 feet in size to place two 36sq ft signs on his commercial site.  Town Zoning section 12.110 limits signs to 32 sq ft.  The applicant is also requesting that the signs be allowed to use internal lighting which is prohibited by Zoning Law section 12.110.  SBL# 152.-1-12.42 at 6003 State Route 32, Westerlo. The second (2) public hearing is for Weaver Variance V-25-5.  Applicant is seeking relief of 40 feet from the south side lot line and 34 feet from the front lot line from the required 50-foot set back as per Town Zoning Code 8.40(4) A. This variance is needed to place a 12x 18 storage shed on this property.  SBL# 115.3-2-36 at 178 Lake Rd, Westerlo.  The third (3) Public Hearing is for Palmeri SD-25-1.  Applicant is seeking to subdivide two lots consisting of 50.53 acres into three (3) lots of: 41.13acres, 4.08 acres to eventually have a single-family residence built upon, and 5.33 acres will be vacant.  SBL# 116.-3-6.21 at 41 Udell Rd, Westerlo. The fourth (4) public hearing is for LoPresti V-25-6.  Applicant is seeking relief of 23 feet at both side lot lines from the required 50-foot set back as per Town Zoning section 8.40(4) A.  This area variance is needed for the applicant to replace an existing non-conforming mobile home with a new Modular home.  SBL# 164.-1-17 at 42 CR 406, Greenville.

 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT I have received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of Village Taxes, delinquent water rents, and delinquent sewer rents for the Village of Voorheesville, NY for the fiscal year starting June 1st, 2025 and ending May 31st, 2026, and that I will attend in the Village Hall, 29 Voorheesville Ave. Voorheesville, NY for the purpose of collecting taxes, rents and assessments as they appear on the tax roll from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Monday through Friday until June 30. Payments can also be made via the Village website.
 A penalty of 5% will be added for the first month and an additional 1% on the first of each month thereafter until the time of tax transfer to Albany County for collection.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Altamont Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on June 17, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Altamont Village Community Room, 115 Main Street, Altamont, New York, to hear all interested persons concerning an appeal from the Final Determination of the Village of Altamont Zoning Officer (ZEO) with respect to and concerning the Parking Requirements (Section 355-22-[E]) for a proposed mixed use development project at 120 Park Street, Village of Altamont (Tax Parcel #s: 48.06-4-4; 37.18-6-3). The appeal requests relief reversing the ZEO interpretation that the relevant code section requires additional parking spaces and that an insufficient number of parking spaces were provided in the proposed project plan.
