To the Editor:

I am writing in support of Mickey Cleary for Albany County Legislator.

I’ve known Mickey since we attended Guilderland High School together, and played on the soccer and baseball teams. I was very close to his family during our high school years and spent many hours at the Cleary home.

We both moved back to Guilderland after college, and raised our families here.

We continued our friendship as our children played on both the school and town soccer teams, and on Pine Bush Little League teams. Mickey was always fully involved in assisting with the teams and served in the role of coach, team parent, carpool organizer and fundraising organizer.

Mickey’s dedication and commitment to his community is evident and his love for his hometown will be a driving force in his leadership in the Albany County Legislature.

I strongly support Mickey Cleary for Albany county legislator.
