EAST BERNE — Lisa D. Mann-Hannan “passed into eternal life on Saturday, June 16, 2018, surrounded by her family and friends after a brief and courageous battle with cancer,” her family wrote in a tribute. She was 65.

“Lisa was a hardworking, dedicated employee at Albany Medical Center for 40 years,” her family wrote. “Lisa loved visiting Florida, especially 44 Market. She also loved riding her Harley.

“But, her true passions were her family, her horses, and her farms. When she was not at her full-time job, she could usually be found riding horses or out in the fields, fixing fences and doing other chores. She was always on the go.”

She is survived by her husband, Patrick; by her loving daughters, Michele Hessel and her husband, John, and Erika Geist; by her mother, Virginia Mann; and by her brother, James Mann, and his wife, Mary.

Her father, William Mann, died before her.

In lieu of services, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
