Return ACT: Strawberry Social is on June 21

To the Editor:
Back to the Future? Not exactly, but Altamont Community Tradition is going back to our normal Strawberry Social for the first time in two years.

We’ll be presenting our special strawberries on a delicious biscuit with fantastic whipped cream on top in the village’s lovely Orsini Park.

The “berry” special date is Tuesday, June 21, starting at 6 p.m.

The annual Altamont Community Tradition Strawberry Social is back with kids’ games, balloons, and music. Come join with your neighbors to celebrate the end of the school year and the true beginning of summer (June 21 is the Summer Solstice).

After all, what’s a social without socialization? Come on over and say hi to your village friends and taste some sweets.
