Waiting for FOIL response

To the Editor:
At the present time, I have a number of Freedom of Information Law requests submitted to the town of Knox.

These FOILs have been acknowledged but the information has not been provided.

There has not been any explanation for the info not being released.

Editor’s note: Knox Town Clerk Traci Schanz did not respond to Enterprise inquiry about the Freedom of Information Law requests. Vince Virano told The Enterprise that there are four outstanding requests, one of which dates back to 2021, while the other three were filed in October of last year.
