NOTICE OF DEMOCRATIC CAUCUS FOR THE TOWN OF WESTERLO
To all duly enrolled Democrat voters residing in the Town of Westerlo, Albany County, New York,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Election Law of the State of New York and the rules of the Albany County Democratic Committee, a Democratic Party Caucus for the Town of Westerlo will be held on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 7:00 pm, at the Westerlo Veterans Memorial Park located at 950 County Route 401, Westerlo, NY 12193. All duly enrolled Democrats in the Town of Westerlo are eligible to vote at the caucus and invited to attend. The caucus is being held to select candidates for the positions listed below to be voted for at the General Election to be held on November 7, 2023:

LEGAL NOTICE
I, Patty Blackwood, the undersigned Village Clerk in and for the Village of Altamont, having received the Tax Roll & Warrant for the collection of taxes for 2023, will attend the Village Office, 115 Main Street, Altamont, NY from June 1, 2023 until July 3, 2023 Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. During the month of June, taxes are payable without penalty. A penalty of 5% (percent) will be added on all taxes remaining unpaid after July 3, 2023 and an additional 1% (percent) will be added on the first of each month thereafter. If Village taxes are not paid by November 6, 2023, the taxes will be returned to the County of Albany for Collection.

The resolution, a summary of which is  published herewith, has been adopted on May 23, 2023, and the validity of the obligations authorized by such resolution may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the GUILDERLAND CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, in the County of Albany, New York, is not authorized to expend money or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this Notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the publication of this Notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the constitution.

BOND RESOLUTION OF THE GUILDERLAND CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, NEW YORK, ADOPTED MAY 23, 2023, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF VARIOUS SCHOOL BUSES AND VEHICLES FOR USE BY THE DISTRICT, STATING THE ESTIMATED TOTAL COST THEREOF IS $1,206,000, APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT THEREFOR, AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $1,206,600 SERIAL BONDS OF SAID DISTRICT TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION.
Object or purpose: the purchase of various school buses and vehicles for use by the District.
Amount of obligations  to be issued:                $1,206,000
Period of probable  usefulness:        Five (5) years
A complete copy of the Bond Resolution summarized above shall be available for public inspection during normal business hours at the office of the District Clerk, 8 School Road, Guilderland Centre, New York.
