Come to the Altamont parade to pay tribute to all veterans

To the Editor:

Come and support the Altamont parade. Help us do this in the memory of our fallen veterans this Sunday, May 22, at 2 p.m. All are invited to attend and enjoy the parade on Main Street to pay tribute to all veterans, past and present.

Please join us for a ceremony immediately after the parade in Orsini Park, and open house at the American Legion Post 977 following the ceremony for hot dogs and refreshments.

Parade participants need to line up in the lower parking lot on Brandle Road at 1 p.m. the parade will start at 2 p.m.
