ALBANY — A local union man affectionately known as “Jimmy,” remembered for his big Irish grin and an even bigger heart, died suddenly in his Florida home on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025.
James John Carroll Jr., born on Nov. 10, 1940, was 84 years old.
Dr. Michael C. Abraham, who practiced family medicine in Dolgeville for years, loved music and doing outdoor sports like cycling, hiking, and skiing.
He died on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025, at the age of 76.
