Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Guilderland, County of Albany, has completed the Assessment Roll for the current year; that a copy thereof will be at the Assessor’s Office, Town Hall, Guilderland, New York, on May 1, 2019 or on-line at www.townofguilderland.org where it may be reviewed and examined by any person interested therein until the fourth Tuesday of May next and that on such day between the hours of 8:30 am – 1 pm and 5:30 pm – 8 pm said Board of Assessment Review would meet at Town Hall, Guilderland, New York to hear and examine all complaints in relation to such assessments, on the application of any person believing himself aggrieved thereby.
The Assessor will normally be in attendance with the roll at the Guilderland Town Hall during regular business hours and specifically, as required by law, on Tuesday, May 14th and Thursday, May 16th from 10 am to 2 pm, Saturday, May18th from 9 am to 11 am and Wednesday, May 15th from 6 pm to 8 pm.

Project Description:
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is proposing a renewal and
Department Initiated Modification to the State Pollntant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) Permit NY0268976, pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 750-1.18, and 750-1.19, the Priority Ranking System known as New York State’s Envirornnental Benefit Permit Strategy (EBPS). This modification has also been reviewed under the Mohawk River Source Water Protection Progran1.
The facility has a design flow of 30,000 gallons per day, and discharges treated sewage via outfall 001 to Fox Creek, a Class C water. Treatment consists of septic tanks, recirculating tanks and sand filters.
DEC proposes to incorporate the following changes into the permit: Seasonal disinfection requirements and a schedule of compliance for the new disinfection requirements were added to the permit.
As a result of the EBPS full technical review, a new five-year term is proposed. The permit includes updated forms and the latest general conditions. Details of changes are specified in the draft permit and fact sheet which may be viewed and printed from the Depmiment web site at:

Filed application documents, and Department draft pe1mits where applicable, are available for inspection during normal business hours at the address of the contact person. To ensure timely service at the time of inspection, it is recommended that an appointment be made with the contact person.
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the envirornnent. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.
