Sealed Requests for Proposals will be received by the Voorheesville Central School District at the District Office, located at 432 New Salem Road, Voorheesville, NY, until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026, for the following:
RFP for Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program
The Voorheesville Central School District is soliciting proposals from organizations that currently provide services to four-year-old children within or in close proximity to the District and are interested in providing a full-day Universal Pre-Kindergarten program for up to three (3) classrooms. Each classroom will serve a minimum of 18 students. The District may award contracts to multiple providers.
The program must comply with all applicable New York State Education Department Pre-Kindergarten regulations. This is a renewable, bi-annual contract, contingent upon satisfactory performance, the availability of state funding, and compliance with New York State purchasing laws and regulations.
Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from the District Office by calling (518) 765-3313 ext. 1400. Contracts will be awarded in accordance with the stated specifications. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any proposal that does not meet the required specifications.
Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 13, 2026, to be considered, and must be mailed or hand-delivered to:
