NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SEALED BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED FOR THE DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF 800 MHZ DAS-BDA SYSTEMS IN SEVEN BUILDINGS WITHIN THE TOWN OF GUILDERLAND.
A MANDATORY PRE BID MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE GUILDERLAND TOWN HALL TUESDAY MAY 11, 2021 AT 1:30 PM. BID SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THAT TIME.
BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL 1:30 P.M. TUESDAY JUNE 15, 2021 AT WHICH TIME BIDS WILL BE PUBLICLY OPENED AND READ AT THE TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE, TOWN HALL, 5209 WESTERN TURNPIKE, GUILDERLAND, NEW YORK 12084.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Section 506 and 1526 of the Real Property Tax Law)
Notice is hereby given that as of May 3, 2021, the Assessor of the Town of Westerlo, County of Albany, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year, and that a copy has been filed with The Westerlo Town Clerk’s Office. The Roll is available on the Town of Westerlo website (https://www.townofwesterlony.com) under documents and forms. The Assessor will be available during office hours, phone or email (518-797-3111 ext. 1016, ). Please feel free to call with any questions or concerns. 
The Board of Assessment Review (BAR) will meet at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building (Town Hall) located at 933 County Route 401 on Wednesday, May 26th, 2021 from 4pm until 8pm to hear and examine all complaints in relations to assessments on the application of any persons believing him/her to be aggrieved (social distancing must be observed, and face masks must be worn correctly). All complaints must be received before the BAR closes the meeting on Grievance Day. Be sure to include whatever support you wish the BAR to consider with your application, it will not be accepted post-meeting. Applications and instructions for filing a complaint are available from your assessor or on the town website.
